Door Estimate & Invoice CRM
A custom web app for a door and window showroom that sells European-made entry doors in the US. The supplier's quotes arrive as Polish-market PDFs in millimeters and złoty. The team used to retype each one into a US estimate by hand. Now they drop the PDF in, and in under a minute the app produces a branded estimate and a matching invoice in inches and dollars.

What it does
- Reads the supplier's PDF. It extracts models, every specification, quantities, prices and the door drawings, and checks that all the totals add up before anything is printed.
- Converts to US standards. Millimeters become inches, PLN becomes USD at an editable exchange rate, and door handing switches from the European to the US convention. The drawings are redrawn with inch dimensions.
- Lets staff adjust the deal before printing. They can edit price lines, add extras, set installation, tax, credits and deposit, and the totals update live.
- Produces two branded PDFs at once. A multi-page estimate with the door drawings and full specs, and an invoice numbered in sequence.
- Keeps a client database. It has search, sortable columns, preview, edit and regenerate, and invoices are never deleted or renumbered.
- Handles manual invoices for jobs that don't come from a supplier quote.
- Includes the basics: a password-protected login, a fully responsive layout that works on phones, and hosting on the client's own subdomain with HTTPS.
